Join me August 4th from 1–3pm for an afternoon of sound, stillness and energetic restoration at @lakeview.eventsBarrhead, AB.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation and transition into an immersive sound healing journey to support deep relaxation, inner reconnection and gentle energetic release.

What to bring:
🌙 A yoga mat, sleeping bag, or something padded and soft to lie on
🌙 Blanket and pillow; bolster or extra support (optional but recommended)
🌙 water bottle
🌙 eye covering (optional but recommended)
🌙 anything else to help you feel cozy.
Please bring a folding chair if sitting & laying on the floor sounds problematic. If mobility is an issue, email to discuss.

🕊️ Come as you are—no experience needed.
🕊️ Dress comfortably and for the weather. 🕊️ Please arrive 5–20 minutes early (no earlier than 20).
🕊️ Allow yourself time afterwards to ground and integrate before driving away.
🕊️Please NO fragrances, smoking prior to or substance use of any kind.

Down Regulation & Regeneration: Breathwork & Sound Journey with
Linda Schulz-Pelech & Glow Holistics
Join us for a heart-centered evening of connection, healing and cellular renewal in the outdoor event next to the cleansing power of the Somass River
We begin our time together in Circle, a sacred space to gently ground, introduce ourselves, and set our intentions. Each participant will be invited to draw a Virtue Card, offering personal insight and guiding the energy of your journey ahead.
From there, we transition into 9D Breathwork — a powerful somatic practice designed to down-regulate the nervous system, calm the mind and release what no longer serves. Using sound medicine, optional hands on healing, subconscious reprogramming and trauma-informed guidance, this session supports deep emotional release and inner stillness.
Following your breathwork, we’ll merge into a restorative Sound Bath led by Courtney of Glow Holistics. With her Crystal bowls, chimes and angelic voice you’ll be bathed in soothing frequency’s, integrating your breathwork journey and inviting in deep regeneration and rest at a cellular level.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded and reconnected - clear, calm and calibrated.

Join us for an evening of stillness, sound, and soul-level restoration. We'll start with an opening talk and daily practice to help you more deeply understand your energy field and how to protect, activate and cleanse it!
Sound baths are deeply nourishing and have the profound ability to:
