Down Regulation & Regeneration: Breathwork & Sound Journey with

Linda Schulz-Pelech & Glow Holistics

Join us for a heart-centered evening of connection, healing and cellular renewal in the outdoor event next to the cleansing power of the Somass River

We begin our time together in Circle, a sacred space to gently ground, introduce ourselves, and set our intentions. Each participant will be invited to draw a Virtue Card, offering personal insight and guiding the energy of your journey ahead.

From there, we transition into 9D Breathwork — a powerful somatic practice designed to down-regulate the nervous system, calm the mind and release what no longer serves. Using sound medicine, optional hands on healing, subconscious reprogramming and trauma-informed guidance, this session supports deep emotional release and inner stillness.

Following your breathwork, we’ll merge into a restorative Sound Bath led by Courtney of Glow Holistics. With her Crystal bowls, chimes and angelic voice you’ll be bathed in soothing frequency’s, integrating your breathwork journey and inviting in deep regeneration and rest at a cellular level.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded and reconnected - clear, calm and calibrated.

This evening is ideal for those navigating burnout, emotional fatigue or seeking a nervous system reset and spiritual reconnection.

Bring: a yoga mat, sleeping bag or sheepskin (something padded to lay on), a blanket, pillow, water bottle, journal and anything else to help you feel cozy and supported.
